Breastfeeding 101 for Expecting Parents

In a small group setting, Chelsea will guide you through everything you need to know about breastfeeding. You'll leave the class feeling confident and ready to begin your breastfeeding journey.

Topics covered:

  • Benefits of Breastfeeding

  • What to expect after birth and at the hospital

  • Achieving optimal latch

  • Managing milk supply

  • Returning to work
